Try our new women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes starting this Friday for FREE
We have received multiple requests recently to start a women’s-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class and we are pleased to announce that we will be holding our first class on Friday, May 19. Run by head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu professor Sean “Shorty Rock” Santella, along with his assistant Brooke Fahey, a teenage Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu standout, Professor Santella is excited to spread the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to new students!
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling art, which is as functional as it is fun, making it the perfect art to try if you’ve been looking for a fun new workout that’s both effective and enjoyable. With Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu you will learn how to control, restrain and subdue an aggressor, even one who is larger or stronger, making Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu simply the best possible form of self-defense. Don’t miss out on the chance to learn to protect yourself and those you care about.
The women’s-only BJJ class will be held every Friday night from 5:00 to 5:45, and we are pleased to announce it will be FREE to all students through June, even those not currently enrolled at Miller Brothers MMA. With the class taking place at the same time as the Little Spartans classes, this is an ideal class for mothers looking to train while their children do.
