Attention Law Enforcement and Corrections Officers: Come to our FREE seminars
Miller Brothers MMA & Fitness is proud to have many law enforcement and corrections officers training in our martial arts programs, learning valuable defense skills which make the streets safer for officers and citizens alike. In order to share the training our coaches have to offer, and in recognition of the success of our first series of seminars which saw officers from all over northern New Jersey attend, we are pleased to announce we will once again be running a series of seminars on close-quarters encounters and cuffing techniques. These seminars are freely available to any officers who wish to attend, and membership at Miller Brothers MMA & Fitness is not required. The seminars will run from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Sundays Sep. 3, Oct. 1, Nov. 5. and Dec. 3.
Coach Mike Pagano has more than 9 years of experience in martial arts, including more than 4 years as an instructor in the Army’s 82 Airborne Division combatives program. Coach Pagano’s experience leaves him uniquely qualified to teach officers how to deal with a potentially violent individual by neutralizing any imminent threat before securing the individual for cuffing, ensuring the best possible resolution for the officer, the individual and any bystanders in the area.
If you or someone you know is a law enforcement or corrections officer interested in learning these skills which can defuse a dangerous situation before it escalates, call us at 862-268-2660 or fill out the form below to reserve your spot.
