Fitness & Cardio

Participating in martial arts doesn’t have to be all about competing. Our grappling and striking classes are more than just ways to improve your self defense skills, but also are a fun way to get in better shape. In addition to our standard martial arts programs we have a weightlifting area, will be adding a sauna and cold tub, and offer a fitness-focused experience in the form of our Ultimate Fitness and Cardio Kick Boxing classes.

In our Cardio Kick Boxing classes, students take part in a 45-minute program which focuses on both kicks and punches to deliver a cardio workout to help you trim down and improve your overall health. Located directly opposite our Little Spartans program, this is an ideal class for parents who wish to train while the children do, as well anyone looking to learn self-defense while improving your health. In Ultimate Fitness, students take part in an interval-training workout which will have you breaking a sweat and toning muscle.

Enrollment in our Fitness Membership allows for unlimited classes in both the Ultimate Fitness and Cardio Kick Boxing programs, with sessions meeting six days a week.
