Six new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu promotions awarded during Monday’s classes
It was a good day to be training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Miller Brothers MMA & Fitness yesterday, as head BJJ Professor Sean “Shorty Rock” Santella rewarded a trio of students in each of the day and night sessions with new stripes on their belts. During the day class Tyler Ferraro received his fourth and final stripe on his white belt, while both Avelino Jacinto and Kate Liddle earned their third stripes. They were joined in the three-stripe club at night by James Kwok, whose promotion followed Curt Babcock and Shannon Murphy each earning their first stripes!
Congratulations from the entire Miller Brothers MMA & Fitness family to all six of the newly-promoted students. Each of those stripes represents dozens of hours of training by the student at their prior level in order to earn the new distinction.
